I look forwards to the day when I can jump on my PC and play a game with someone who is on my Xbox in the lounge room, exclusives don't appeal to me as it goes against that. Buy once, own on all platforms, great for the pocket and a massive selling point over Playstation in my opinion. |
i don't understand... the 2 people play the same game on 2 different systems at the same time?
i assume you bought 1 copy of the game correct? so how can you play with the person in the living room?
a side question would be, if you already are a pc gamer, why buy a box that literally has no game your pc can't play? on top of it paying every year to be able to play online. it would be more cost effective, not to mention better performance to get a 2nd pc tower for 500/600$

1) There are games you buy for Xbox which then become free to play on PC.
2) If you were to compare my Xbox and PC game collections (I am willing to link them to you if you want) I have a significant amount of duplicates on both platforms, because I enjoy playing them on different platforms at different times and at different locations.
I don't look at the platforms competing and replacing each other, I look at them as platforms that compliment each other, not everyone has my disposable income though.
3) If Exclusives sell consoles, why has the Wii U which has arguably a bigger exclusive library than Xbox One, done so poorly? I think Multiplatform titles are ultimately more important.
4) You can remote play Xbox games on any PC.

Not always. And depends what you want.

Depends, A PC can look however you want it to look.

VERY PRETTY.

Cringe worthy.

You could also put a PC in a... Wait for it... Playstation 4 or Xbox One case.
Or, heck. Put it in a Microwave.
