I think it's all just residual aftereffects of the Prime Day sale. It takes the hourlies a few days to resettle after a huge sale, which is why Doom is still sitting at 2 and 5, respectively, and Ratchet & Clank is at 11. I certainly enjoyed the Division when it first came out, but the game seems to have crashed pretty hard since March.
