PlayStation VR coming this year in october ?! And in japan. What do you think - how big is VR in japan ? Any predictions?

On amazon PlayStation VR is always sold out. But Amazon is not so important, I think. Any new info, what Japanese players think? new polls in japan ? "Resident Evil 7" and "Dead or Alive Extreme Volleyball 3" is big for the japanese player, i think. Maybe "Summer Lesson" too. Final Fantasy 15 and Gran Turismo Sport has VR-support, right ? Please write your thoughts on what Japan refers. I dont know.. want japanese player VR or not.. ?

Going strictly by stereotype it's probably gonna be bigger there than in any other country in the world.

- Small flats, perfect for VR instead of big TVs
- Dating sims
- Smartphone + Japan + VR = profit
- variety shows reacting to people in VR doing crazy shit
- NerveGear anyone?

I think the applications go easily beyond what the west usually associates with VR, namely first person games.

My predicition. PSVR + PS4 Neo will push PS4 well beyond PS2 levels in Japan in the next 5 years. Just like the rest of the world, VR is going to take over everything.

So strong in japan ? The Day 1 PSVR Sales Figures in Japan, cant wait. But maybe..its bigger in the usa than japan.. ?
