Motion controls are the default and hence primary controls for Splatoon.

Desperate strawman is desperate.

Desperate strawman is desperate.

If the motion controls in Splatoon were secondary, they would be "off" by default. They are on by default because they are the game's primary control method.

Why are you even quoting me if you're just gonna ignore what I'm saying and talk to yourself?

You stated Splatoon's motion controls were its "secondary" controls, which is untrue, so I corrected you and explained why you were wrong.

Nowhere did I say that, I've only been talking about Nintendo as a whole. You were the one who brought up Splatoon as means to avoid addressing my actual point, hence strawman, and even afterwards I only said it's controls are optional. Optional means it's up to the player to choose what their primary control scheme for it is, incase you somehow didn't know that. It's funny how you've yet to acknowledge this word's existence, or anything I've been saying really.

Optional and secondary are not the same thing.

No duh. Now have you accepted that Nintendo has lessened motion control influence or are you gonna keep up the strawman tactics?

I never once denied it. You're the one using strawman tactics, attacking a position I never made.

You didn't acknowledge it either despite quoting it, and you were arguing against my reasoning, so naturally one can assume you disagree with my point. You're the one who replied to me, thus I'm defending what I said, and you are the one who stooped to putting words in my mouth.

I didn't put anything in your mouth. You're the one who said motion controls were secondary when in most instances they default to "on" and are therefore the primary scheme.
