Only if they are exclusive to the NX.
Then again - who is going to make third party exclusives for the NX?

Its been heavily speculated that Nintendo will merge their handheld & console allowing for a shared library or in other words NX is a successor to both 3DS & Wii U. If thats the case than we can expect a large number of 3rd party exclusives.

Monster Hunter, Yokai Watch, Final Fantasy Explorers, Dragon Quest Monsters, Shin Megami Tensei, Etrian Odyssey, Legend of Legacy, Story of Seasons, Professor Layton, Ace Attorney, Little Battlers, Lord of Magna, Bayonetta, Fatal Frame, Lost Reavers, Nano Assault, Affordable Space Adventures, Fast Racing Neo, Art of Balance, Lego City, Dragonball, Runbow, Regular Show, Adventure Time, Gravity Falls, Hive Jump, Bravely Default, Gunman Clive, Freedom Planet, Lovely Planet, Shovel Knight, Azure Striker, Cooking/Gardening Mama, Scribblenauts, Disney Magical World, Ninja Turtles, Legend of Korra, Attack on Titan, etc.

With a unified platform expect NX to recieve alot of small-medium sized exclusives from Japanese devs, indies & kid/family titles.

Nope. I only use Nintendo consoles for exclusives.

Currently there are not that many third party games that I am willing to buy at full price (I am not playing many multiplayer games). I bought most of the third parties for Wii U but that was from the Bargain Bin. Third parties often drop in price very soon after launch.

(My 3:d party games for Wii U: AC - 3 & 4, CoD -BLOPS & Ghosts, Spiderman, Batman Arkham - City & Origins, Sniper Elite, Tekken, Darksiders, Watch_Dogs, Splinter Cell, Deus Ex, ZombiU, Resident Evil, NfS, Sonc All Stars, FIFA, LEGO games, Rayman, How to Train your Dragon, Pac-Man, Disney Planes, Legend of Kay and probably more)

If they're good, I'll buy them.

I won't support third party for the sake of supporting third party. They have to bring the goods. I can get by on just Nintendo and second-party titles, if necessary; I'm not in it for charity, I won't give money to third parties to try to coax them into putting more effort into their games - it doesn't work.

When you commit to buying third-party games in an effort to attract more third-party games, it sends the message that lower quality can be given without a problem; and then, if people stop supporting shitty games, they use the drop in sales to justify not supporting the system at all. It happened with the Wii so much, it wasn't funny.

So here's what I'll commit to: I'll buy third-party titles that are well made for NX and fall within my usual tastes (I'm not a fan of horror games, so I won't buy those, for instance). Putting in a subpar effort, making titles that are inferior to their counterparts on other systems, will net a "no thanks" from me.

3rd party games that I like I will buy for NX, I wonder how many will come though

Depends on the games.. is the only reason why I didn't buy many 3rd party games for the Wii U or on any device for that matter

Ew... third party? Never touch the stuff...

3rd party exclusive: Yes (If they're good)
3rd party multi-platform: Definitely not, PS4 is my main.

Not really, mostly just the 3rd party exclusives that interest me. I doubt there will be any 3rd party multi-plats that interest me on NX and if there is they may be on PC too in which case I would pick them up on PC. When it comes to buying on PS4 vs NX well thats up to NX to prove itself to be the better more worthwhile experience.

I will probably stick to multiplattform games on PS4, but of course i'll buy any exclusive 3rd party games i am interested in
