VOICE CHAT FOR SPLATOON, VOICE CHAT FOR MARIO KART, VOICE CHAT FOR SUPER SMASH BROS, PARTY VOICE CHAT FOR THE NX SYSTEM, GAMEPLAY RECORDING. LOTS OF MEMORY ON CONSOLE. and eeeeverything else that the Wii U doesn't have.

Look I LOVE Nintendo and their games soo much... But they're acting like they still live in the Gamecube era. Remember those days? Where only a select few would have online multiplayer?? and those online multiplayer would NOT have any voicechat at all? It's really pissing me off to see Nintendo do this to their games. It's a pain to be a Nintendo gamer when Online multiplayer features are popular.

"Hey wanna play tonight?" "Sure!" "We can play NSMBU" "That doesnt have online multiplayer" "Well Star Fox always had mulitplayer lets pl-" "Not the new Star Fox game it doesnt.." "Hyrule Warriors HAS to have it right?" "Nope" ....  "SUPER MARIO MAKER! It's all about online right?" "Nope,you can only download levels online, thats it" ..... "I played Mario Kart online! yes! we can play that" "That has no voice chat" "Damn it.. what about Splatoon?" "Suprisingly it doesnt have voice chat either.. even thought its a online multiplayer shooter" "WHAT?!.. do you have Skype?" "No.." "Does the Wii U have party chat we can use? "No" "WTF FUCK THIS SHIT. LETS GO PLAY PS4!"

I'm just tired of Nintendo games missing out on the fun action of today. Yeah sure they can be suuuuper fun but it still feels naked with Playstation and Xbox having proper features.  

Yeah Nintendo has their excuses like "Oh well its for everyone, play with family and friends in the same room" NO....NO.....NO!. My Dad doesnt play games, My Mom barely knows how to work her iPhone 5c, My sisters watch Netflix all day and my brother quit gaming since the Gamecube(LOL I wonder why). EVERYONE who I know doesnt play games AND IF THEY DO its PS4 and Xbox One. So Nintendo the LEAST you can do is give us a FULL proper 8th gen experience.

But look... if Nintendo still doesnt get it right with the NX?... Lol I'm done. Sure I'm probably saying this now because I'm mad on how they made a Wii U but at this moment of time... I don't plan on getting a NX... But I know I'll get excited for the games they'll announce and I'll buy an NX. But we'll see.  

I just wish they made ALL their games full of Online Multiplayer. Playing 2D Mario online? FUN!! Beating a Zelda Temple with friends online? LOOK AT TRIFORCE HEROES IT WAS FUN AS HELL. IMAGINE A TRADITIONAL CONSOLE ZELDA FEATURING THAT EXPERIENCE. Donkey Kong? The games are soooo hard, Imagine partnering with multiple peope online to finally beat those unfair imposible to beat levels (yes im still mad).  Voicechat with Mario Kart and Splatoon? FUN. Party chat while playing? FUN TO TALK TO FRIEND... All these missing features will INCREASE the fun experience. If NX doesnt have these, then I would NOT want to get this console.

Are you still bringing up the Splatoon needs voice chat thing? Please tell me how a game that primarily arranges matches like half Japanese players and half Western players would be better with voice chat.

Cool. I, on the other hand don't really care too much for "current gen" features. I just want a good game. But my advice is to hold out until Nintendo's big wigs are retired. I have not a doubt in my mind that the Splatoon team wanted to include voice chat but someone, most likely Miyamoto shot it down. Just like he shot down Sticker Star being much more like the first 2 paper mario games. The newer generation of Nintendo developers will most likely do away with old practices but who knows how long it is before that time comes. Who knows, maybe NX will fake us out.

I'm so glad to be a single player kind of guy, they are just so convenient and superior in terms of story telling and gameplay.

Ironically even though Nintendo is kinda cumberstone on online features it actually has the best multiplayer games: Mario Kart, Smash and arguably Splatoon.

And i love playing them online even though i don't like online games because there's no need to communicate with people.

No voicechat is great for me, last thing i need is starting a smash match only the hear 13 year olds screaming at their mics.

It must suck for those that really need voice chat and stuff like that, for me it's a huge plus. Nintendo MP games are simple and well executed.

I'm all in for better and more extensive online features but only if it doesn't mean dectracting form the local multiplayer experience. Local multiplayer should always remain a main focus for their games.
Also, I don't want online modes forced down on every game. Some games are just meant to be experienced for single player.
I agree Triforce Heroes is a good game, but it's designed to be played online and it's a very diffirenet experience compared to a mainstream Zelda game.
