Clock Tower 3, last boss fight, was like 8 hours or something
Pulstar, last boss fight cant remember how many times but i tried several times in a month

Metal Gear Solid 2's Harrier and Metal Gear Rays in Extreme Difficulty. That's some insane thing there. Not mentioning European Extreme because it (originally) wasn't available for all versions, but suffice to say it's even crazier there. It's even funnier when you have to deal with the mother of all button-pressing exercises afterward the later's battle.

I remember fighting those in Extreme difficulty as well. After the end credits the continue counter told me I died about 100 times before I got to take them down.
