You're just basing your skepticism off literal bullshit. Just because some unknown person said it was going to run horrible, you're going to ignore literally hundreds of people who have had hands on with it saying there was no problem with the frame rate. Yeah, obviously you're not being ridiculous.
What? What in the world are you talking about? Isolated demos? They're running on base PS4 hardware, if it's running great on one part of the demo, why would the frame rate be bad for the rest? lol????
Literally the only complain I've seen for PS VR is the graphics, people say it looks like a PS3 game and of course that's because they had to make sacrifices for the frame rate, but sure, keep saying whatever you're saying.

Not really. You're putting A LOT of words in my mouth here 1.) I didn't base my thoughts on 'some unknown person' to arrive at my skepticism. 2.) I NEVER EVEN SUGGESTED anything about them 'running horribly' on base PS4 hardware; only stated my hesitancy in buying into how rosey it'll be running on anything but Neo. 3.) Ignore them? I just considered this wrinkle to your argument in my last response.
Funny thing about demos: they tend to show the best parts of games.
Again, I'm not sure why--at the very least--questioning the current PS4 hardware w/ PS VR is such a big deal. A lot of those VR-ready PC's I've seen drum on about a consistent 90 FPS, and the bar's already lowered to make Sony's certification: http://www.polygon.com/2016/3/17/11256142/sony-framerate-60fps-vr-certification. And I can deal with condescending remarks all day, but for fuck's sake at least approach my responses with some intellectual honesty. False claims about what I never said--nor even implied--is a bullshit way to argue.

Lol...wow....amazing. This is a perfect example of a person joining a conversation he has no clue about.
This is what the person I replied to said, in which you replied to what I said.
"I feel the major reason why Neo and scorpio are in development is for VR."
Do you even know what Shawn Layden said at the conference? I sure as hell bet you don't. He said that the PS4 had the graphical and computing power to play VR on PS4. Want to know why he said that? Because just a month or so ago, Edge Mag or someone said that an unknown source said that PS4 couldn't handle VR and that is why they are making the NEO. And eventually, quite a few big sites picked up on this and started posting that the PS4 couldn't handle VR. I was having a conversation about that topic with someone when you just joined in which you have no clue.
"Funny thing about demos: they tend to show the best parts of games."
Lol? How would it be any different if they weren't VR games? You can literally say that for ANY game. Lol.......you are being completely ridiculous.

Wow, this is definitely the most ridiculous thing you've said. Do you even know anything about PSVR? Because it sure seems like you don't. Do you even know why Sony has it at 60 fps for the base limit? I bet you don't, because if you did, you wouldn't be using it as your argument. PSVR games that run at 60fps use Sony's PSVR tech which projects the games at 120 fps using Reprojection. PSVR games either run natively at 90fps or they run at 120 fps using Reprojection.
You didn't base your thoughts on the unknown source? In which big sites picked up, in which you probably saw? Really? Then where is it coming from? Is it coming from the fact that you think PS VR games run at 60fps, which they actually don't? Wow, then it's seems it's just coming from lack of knowledge isn't it now.
What's also funny is that you just said I'm putting words in your mouth saying that PSVR runs horrible, yet the last thing you just said implies that. LOL....
And still.....STILL...you keep ignoring what people have said from their hands on time, which is that PS VR runs great, no frame rate issues because those games are either running at 90fps or 120 fps using Reprojection. You are just simply amazing.....AMAZING.
