Final Fantasy 4....life!!!

Honestly people said the same last generation (just like Acevil Said). The only thing SE did this generation is releasing remasters and ports and people say FF is back! I am cautious optimistic about their opcoming games.

Most people enjoy what they've done with FF14...

Wouldn't that be considered Last Generation?

yeah but what is with the Last Remnant? Not even a PS4 version is announced

Ideally all of those spin offs would be replaced by FFXVI coming in 2017, but it is looking like a decent return to form. We won't really know until the games are out :)

Being a FF fan I've very excited about all (most) of that.
I just hope the company survives a FF movie this time. And I hope both FFXV and FFVII:R will be absolutely epic.
At least I know I'll enjoy the FFXII remaster.

They release major new content patches every 3 months (we just had 3.3 today) and they released a major 50 hour story expansion (Heavensward). It's an evolving product, and the PS3 version will be dropped from future updates with the 4.0 expansion.

Touche.

I hope they add more to that even! haha but seriously FFXIV has brought back the glory of FF since A realm reborn, it's just that many aren't willing to pay for the subcription fee.

Call it whatever you will, SE is finally doing right for this franchise. FFXV is seemingly great, lets hope its stays that way. And we are getting FFXII hd and FFVII remake - both awesome. So theres good reason for optimism.

Now if we could get FFVI and the original Final Fantasy Tactis in the Ps4 store...
