I'm thinking it uses Polaris 11. This would fit with the low wattage profile. Plus it could end up close to 3 TFs which is higher than ps4. As for VR, I think that is a false rumor. Although I think that with Polaris 11 I think it could handle it.

I think Polaris 11 is the most logical, sub 50w sounds like its in Nintendo's ball park.  But if the VR thing is true, then maybe a cut down polaris 10, similar to Neo (with a better cpu).

Either way, unless Nintendo goes with mobile tech, NX should have better power than xb1/ps4OG.  The tech is now available and affordable in mass bulk for Nintendo, no excuses to gimp hw this time especially with a delay to March '17.

I dont think specs matter per se. Nintendo consoles just dont have a strong core following and specs at par with PS4 and X1 wont change that.

I feel like NX is gonna need a great gimmick. Otherwise it will just appeal to Nintendo fans.

I'm definitely not buying the VR rumors at all. Nintendo is pretty transparent with this stuff, and they've expressed clear disinterest in VR.
