This looks really nice. I haven't played Beyond good and Evil before, though so I can't comment on how it compares to the original.

Having seen the video, I really hope those Ubisoft NX Beyond good and Evil 2 rumors are true though.

But hasn't BG&E been updated to HD already?
Carlson and Peerers!!

I hate you, autocorrect.

Why would you make this this kind of effort?

Don't you know that you only need to increase the resolution and frame-rate to achieve high end graphics? That's all that really matters.

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

I hope so too. I don't think Ubisoft by themselves could make BG&E2 a good game, especially when looking at those "leaked" trailers which completely destroyed the artstyle and looked like a Mirrors Edge/Assassins Creed ripoff. If Nintendo funds it though, they'll probably supervise it to ensure the game has the quality it deserves (And hopefully uPlay free too, lol).

I got this game free with ps plus last year. Be a while before I get to play it but hopefully it's good

That's an HD port, not a remake.

The environments textures sure look neat, I really appreciate your attention to details that often lacks in HD mods.
Did GC support bump mapping ? I just remember PS2 didn't.

is there a reason why you choose the gc version on an emulator over the pc version which you can still buy on steam?
