I noticed something interesting some time ago. When you kill Lekain (that's the first boss in the endgame part 4, right? Well, his spellbook says "A very strong light magic. It can only be used by someone with good intentions".

So he has good intentions? Also, Micaiah can't use it.

It seems fairly odd that they would just put that in without any reasoning..

Micaiah can't be in another game - they said she was queen and kept Daein pretty much out of war for the rest of her life.

Ike could have a quest over at where Nailah and such are from. One thing that makes me think this is possible, is what is said about Soren in the epilogue (is that the name?)

It says something like this:

Even though Soren was a master tactician, he never used his abilites for other than Ike

This could just mean that he never used them again, but it seems like it is sort of hinting at a sequel.

A problem with that would be that Ike is way too good, he would just smash all the guys over there. So it would have to be 1. Some magic potion or something nerfs him back to Mercenary lv 1, same happens to Soren or 2. Ike enters at the end of the game, while we fight with someone else over there first.

Doesn't Lekain use Rexaura?  If so, all you need is to have Micaiah's light magic at SS.

Or it could mean that he was always at Ike's side aiding him in battle and not working for other countries/generals like he did during Radiant Dawn.

Also, if you've played some of the past Fire Emblems, you know that Lords are generally really good to the point of being some of, if not the, best units on the field.  Ike is no exception.  He should be awesome and he is.  Of course, you can't abuse his strength too much or everyone else becomes under-leveled. 

Yes, but for the next game he would have to be nerfed, it would just be silly if he was as strong as when he defeated the godess.

And no, Rexaura can't be used by Micaiah, I've tried.

Make sure your Micaiah has SS Light and not just S.
