If you want to choose the best of something but two things are tied you look at decimals if they are available, you don't say ITS A TIE!!! Just because you want it to be. If more detail is available you use it simple as, it's illogical not to rank something as accurately as possible.

Person A finished in 10.1 seconds
Person B finished in 10.3 seconds

Frankly I don't give a damn about any of this but seeing people be illogical makes me into a twat.

Uncharted 4 is the highest rated exclusive game according to metacritic this gen, absolute fact anyone choosing to ignore data to say otherwise is reaching.

User reviews are in the end opinions like the ones you see on the press reviews. Unfortunately, user reviews are plagued of trolls and fanboys, so it is harder to use it as a guide. In fact, Metacritic user reviews are the worse you could find.

What I do lately is to watch gameplay. If the game interest me, I'll go and read some reviews, focusing on the "pros" and "cons" they tend to summarize.

I guess a few of them can be very helpful, but I wont look through the sea of shit to find them.

Is it really that important to you that 3D World shares the same metacritic score as Uncharted 4? You are putting a lot of effort in it to proof that.

But there are no decimals in metacritic. At least not available to us. For all we know they could be completely tied.

Anyway, in reviews, what does .2 points even mean? More fun? Less tedious? Better overall? Graphics, characters, story, world design, level design? It's meaningless in the end.

I don't think it has to do anything with power. Super Mario Galaxy for example.
