So Ratchet and Clank is 207.5K - 237K. That's a close enough range.

I'll go with 225k for Ratchet then. Seems about close enough to the middle of the range, slightly above it (and of course I'm gonna pick a number slightly above the middle, as the R&C fanboy I am haha).

VG Chartz was way off this month in terms of the actual retail software numbers.

The Division VG Chartz: 403K including bundles

The Division Real NPD POS numbers: 175K including bundles

Call of Duty: Black Ops III VG Chartz: 381K including bundles

Black Ops III Real NPD POS numbers: 262K including bundles

Star Fox Zero VG Chartz: 185K

Star Fox Zero Real NPD POS numbers: 100K

Quantum Break VG Chartz: 235K including bundles

Quantum Break Real NPD POS numbers: 109K-150K range including bundles

Bravely Default VG Chartz: 153K

Bravely Default Real NPD POS numbers: <100K

Those are some large margin misses this time around. In general, the software estimates made by VG Chartz way overshot the health of the USA market this month. Wonder what the precise methodology was to calculate these VG Chartz numbers and how much sampling was involved.

They have really treated Sales Age people like ZhugeEX and I like complete shit for no reason whatsoever.

I was on NeoGAF for three years and poured my heart and soul into that place and they treat me like I'm complete fucking trash when I literally did nothing wrong to them (I voluntarily asked to be banned and all I wanted was an unban!) I can't have my contact at NPD help out you guys...I can't create an alt (tried that once, it was banned in like a week)...I can't be unbanned...it continues to infuriate me. But whatever....

Just ask Zhuge----mods are literally going into thread topics and deleting references to him on Twitter....when all he is doing is just posting financial information from conference calls and investor meetings that literally anyone can access. It's downright abusive and I will continue to speak up against it because it's just not right. People shouldn't be frequenting that kind of forum and giving them ad revenue.

I had stayed away from this site in large part due to your statements on the reliability of the info posted here. Things have clearly changed. I'm well aware of the treatment Zhuge has received and I've voiced my dissent on multiple occassions whenever given the opportunity. Seems to only have served to put me under the microscope. Not a fan at all of what is happening behind the scenes but I do love the commmunity (at least what is left of it anyway). I just wish there was another way of engaging with them outside of that currently dubious environment. 

Regardless, like I said, I just wanted to say that those of us actually discussing the sales still miss you and wish you were around. Hopefully that serves as some amount of solace for all the crap youve had to deal with.

While VGChartz' own data is very inaccurate, serious sales discussion on VGChartz doesn't use VGChartz numbers as a basis (Haha xD), but rather official info such as what we get from NPD leaks, Media Create, UK charts, financial reports (with which ZhugeEX is especially good at compiling the data), and the occasional official statement on sales (like when Sony said that the entire Uncharted series had sold 28 million).

So given the sales range provided by Aqua for Ratchet and the sales figures for QB, Rachet sold between 90% - 117% more copies at retail than QB excluding the bundle and between 10% - 24% more w/ QB bundle included. Bundles accounted for ~42% of QB's total sales. That's a massive margin of total sales wow.

It used to be NPD who was giving me so much shit for leaks....and then they finally calmed down with the management shift....and right after they calmed down I now have to deal with all the shit from the GAF mods who spread lies and slander and censor and act like petulant children. Right when I solved one problem...another headache emerged. It seems I can't catch a break! Am I cursed or something?

The whole getting-banned-for-no-reason made me kinda depressed in the past...when you spend three years of your life passionately contributing to a community every day making tens of thousands of posts and then you're just discarded like trash for no good reason....it really sucks. It's dehumanizing, you know? It's pushed me away from online communities and made me really hesitant to embrace others.

And banning my contact from NPD on a whim after he was helping GAF for three months and THEN making up all these bullshit lies about him to cover their tracks...that was the last straw. Incredibly unprofessional and petty of them...downright embarrassing that an actual company like NeoGAF LLC would act in such a manner.

Just one of countless examples of their nonsense, I'm afraid.

But whatever. I have a great life, great job, and a production company outside of forums and that's what I've been prioritizing.

The community is great, especially people like CosmicQueso who has an incredible trove of retail wisdom and insights. That's what made me gravitate to GAF in the first place. I encourage all of them----especially you, dude----to get out while you still can. They are trigger-happy-god-complex fanatics who will find some minor slight with you and shun you like a piece of discarded trash like they did with me. It's just a matter of time.
