It plays exactly like the current-gen versions. The latest patches also remove the letterbox, if you don't like those ugly bars on screen, and also improve performance, so this is really the best time to get the game.
There's just one tiny thing, and I'll mention though I hope it doesn't bother you: there's just one small segment that can't be played on the 360 version. It's an atmospheric 15 second section (very tiny spoilers as well) on which the main character walks across a huge sunflower field, and reaches a small cabin at the end of it. On the 360 version, Sebastian already appears in front of the cabin, and the sunflowers, while rendered, cannot be interacted with. There's nothing more to it, but yeah, not on the 360 version.
