Play NFS: Hot Pursuit. Its an incredibly fun yet deep arcade racing games. Also Burnout: Paradise. Play both.
You can try Assassin's Creed II. The game mechanics can be a bit hard to get used to at first and its gameplay may feel dated now but the atmosphere, lore and wonderful sense of progression and exploration will keep you coming back for more even if you don't like the series.
