Here is what I don't get. I thought Metacritic rounded up, so why isn't it at 95, instead of 94?

100 x 26 = 2600
98 x 03 = 294
97 x 02 = 197
96 x 03 = 288
95 x 08 = 760
94 x 01 = 94
93 x 01 = 93
92 x 01 = 92
91 x 01 = 91
90 x 17 = 1530
88 x 01 = 88
85 x 01 = 85
80 x 04 = 320

  An average of 94,666.

it's possible! But what I really want to see is the birth of a new IP, something that surpasses Uncharted and The Last of us, something that proves one more time that a studio with freedom, one studio that can choose to continue or end the work whit  IP, is capable of doing much more than studios that are slaves of especific old IPs.

Depends, if Persona 5 does come out this year in the west (which is very likely), then that one might beat it.

Persona 4 Golden has a 93 on metracritic btw.

I'm alson waiting for persona 5, i don't think it will hit 94 like uncharted, but i'm sure it will be a great game. Alson, i think we are only going to see it in 2017.

They don't weigh all reviews the same. It's stupid, but that's the way they do it.

Bigger or more relevant outlets like IGN and Gamespots get their reviews weighted more in Metacritic's score.

Perhaps they are just waiting for more reviewers to make a update? i mean, there are at least 10-20 more reviews for uncharted, so 93-94-95 are in line whit possible results.

They are.

Are they my favorite? No. But they are the best video games developers there is for some time already.

Naughty Dog is one of most consistent studios ever, and the one of those that release big games like that the most often.
Rockstar and Blizzard are the other two that goes that highly, anything big they release is set to be a masterpiece and a strong success.

Zelda console team, let's call it that way, would also fit on that, as new Zelda consoles games are also very consistent.

I wouldn't call the latest blizzard games "Masterpieces", Blizzard knows how to make addictive, fun games and they are masters at it, but storytelling is just too weak in nearly all their games. They are one of the last hopes for real time strategy games on PC tough, so i love them for that.

Rockstar and Naughty dog are deff number 1 and 2 for me
