Wrong. MW12 is more like a half baked burnout game with added input latency, cars crashes looks like if their chasis were indestructible, cars feels way too heavy and the takedown mechanism is lame compared to burnout.
Too bad that every nfs since hp2010 is poorly molded after burnout. Even nfs15.
Now. If they make a sim they should focus on those thngs that kaz won't like 1v1 drifting, drag racing , at least livery cutomization and a real track editor.
NX should have a sim-racer. Nintendo should bring a multiplat sim-racer when it launches, I mean the upcoming ones not a port from a year old sim-racer. and of course, should be on par with the other versions.

But that's my point exactly right? Nintendo clearly has the #1 racing game, but they don't have another title to ride it's coattails in any way. Nintendo makes the best racing game on the market. But they only make one racing game per gen, and for the kart genre only. Couldn't an equally good racer from a different mold, be massively successful? |
No, my point is that exclusive racing sims aren't actually that much relevant as you believe if Mario Kart easily manages to outsell them even on a very niche console like the WiiU. And no, the success of Mario Kart doesn't translate into a viable market for racing sims since they have nothing in common with it.

Oh man, I remember when they used to make Extreme sports games too! Man, gaming diversity really plummeted in the 7th gen. |
It did... And it's a fucking shame

Each to their own, I never really rated Paradise as highly as the other Burnout games, but Most Wanted was a home run for me. That said 60fps probably helps greatly as I play it on PC now.
I'm guessing you mean the halved console frame rate for the input latency?

I think I've exaggerated about the input lag. I adjusted the graphic setting and now I have no lag. But still, Criterion nfs games doesn't feel like nfs. If you liked it that's fine but I wish the handling was more like the PS2 version of NFSHPII 2002. Sorry for the late reply.
Ultimately NX needs a franchise to combat all the popular mainstream games.
-Race Sim
-FPS Shooter
-Parkour Adventure
-something something Zombies
-Horror... maybe
