Again it could be that ZeldaU was delayed to 2016 because its the 30th anniversary of the franchise. Maybe Zelda was supposed to come out for the WiiU first and then the NX 1 year later with added content and upgraded graphics. Then Nintendo realized that they wouldnt have enough games to cover the lead up to the NX, so they moved the launch to March 2017 and some WiiU games we dont know about yet got moved to the NX instead. Also what was Nintendo supposed to say? "We moved the NX from a holiday 2017 release to a March 2017 release because......hmmmm....we wanted less games for the launch?"

What is this even supposed to mean? Even as a sarcastic response that doesn't make a lick of sense. There are a number of legitimate potential answers to the question that was asked, including a very simple "March 2017 was always the target release window. We didn't 'miss' the 2016 Holiday season, we are instead building momentum for a strong 2017 Holiday. A similar schedule led to an extremely strong first Holiday season for the Nintendo 3DS in 2011."
Several other factors could have resulted in the March 2017 plan. Your statement is utterly nonsensical.
Delaying Zelda to 2016 specifically for the 30th anniversary only to arbitrarily decide a year later to eschew the whole "30th anniversary" plan based on information you claim they had from the get-go is just ludicrous. Nintendo would have driven itself out of business decades ago if it pushed products that were ready to ship back by a year and a half on a mere whim as you suggest.
