I do think a Hyrule Warriors type game done with Fire Emblem would be pretty cool, although I do feel they could put a little more substance into those games. Beating up a million guys is awesome but if it was maybe a LITTLE less excessive, and a bit more cinematic I think it could be awesome :O

I would be SO down for Fire Emblem Warriors.  Especially if the NX is powerful enough to have the visuals very closely resemble the 3D prerendered animated cutscenes in Awakening and Fates, love that style.

Doesn't seem too much of a stretch though, Nintendo funded Itagaki's last game, they also published the last Ninja Gaiden on the Wii U and are close to Tecmo.

Would seem like a natural fit.

Nintendo may have funded Devil's Third, but they didn't care a lot about the game.

I doubt Nintendo will do it, but it would be fun to watch the internet burn in hate.
