Just another nail in the coffin that is traditional gaming. It's ok though, I have my NES and a billion amazing games for which I will never tire of lol

Seeing how badly Nintendo milked Fates, I can only imagine what's going to happen with Fire Emblem on mobile. Either way I'll probably at least download both titles, but I have very low expectations on these being quality games.

I actually hope it is. And I hope they figure out a really good way to easily connect with friends. The game needs to be traditional AC and a semi-social app at the same time.



I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.

My thoughts exactly. Animal Crossing just makes sense. I'm sure fire Emblem will do ok though. Could be testing the waters.

Pretty sure it won't be a true perma death, hardcore Strategy RPG Fire Emblem. You lose a LOT of the cell phone audience that way.

isn't porting console games to mobile exactly what nintendo said it wouldn't do?


i'll wait on details to see if it is a full game on mobile or a mobile game with these IP's branding.
