Those are classic Nintendo IP's because their games are good. Good games make me forget about the delayed ones. Most third party games make me want to go again with Nintendo, thinking in their IP's, especially the delayed ones that failed to met a decent estimate release date and thus caused me an urge to buy a third party game.

What I gather from this post is that Nintendo royally screwed you by delaying Zelda to 2017.

They did since March 2015. Now, it's just twisting the knife.

Have you read the Kotaku thread? They are suggesting that NX is March 2017 because Nintendo is struggling once again with software development. In my mind, with the NX they will magically solve the evident problems that were constant during the Wii U, but that kind of opinions made me feel doubtful about their ability to learn.

So, I'm not sure until they can prove me I'm not going to buy it just to play a delayed game at launch.

Bear in mind that you could also get some ports from WiiU, expanding the launch library.

Then I'll just be playing gimped ports. Not exactly reassuring for a new piece of hardware capable of more than what's it's offering, don't you think?
