My conclusion, Neogaf is not good enough ...

There's many possibilities. Sony could have a new handheld coming out. Nintendo by itself could be having a handheld and home console launching within that timeframe. The PS4 and Xbox one could have slims versions.

Here you have it running 1440p upscaled to 4k, at 60 fps on the PS4k (neo), and on the left side, the Xbox One version running 900p and 30fps.

It would be 2 slow years for them, if the multiplat versions all looked and run worse out of all 3 consoles, on their own one.
