Auron, cool it.

Off-topic threads are removed temporarily because we don't want guests seeing a bunch of crap when they come to the site. As stof mentioned, the goal is to eventually be able to customize the hot-topics by forum.

I agree with the decision, at first off-topics were fun but when they would represent 75% of the threads it got annoying.

I'm delighted ioi decided to implement this feature. It would probably be better if there were at least 1-3 Off-Topic threads in the Hot Topics section, but none is definitely better than the 50-70% we used to have.
