I've convinced myself that it won't. More than anything, NX is a product, and that's not something you reveal at an investors meeting. I think it has to be revealed in a direct before E3. Maybe it'll be revealed before the meeting, but that's really unlikely. Not only will they be fresh off of Star Fox Zero, but that will make investors as a lot of very specific questions they just won't want to answer at before E3.

I think that the reveal direct will be in May, though. I'd even go as far as to say early May. But I think many people will be disappointed come next week when we don't get anything. They don't want to reveal of this thing to be a picture on a slideshow at a venue no one is paying attention to.

No.At least, not a real reveal.There is a chance(and thats only a chance), that they will adress the NX, but if they do, they wont give out any specific.I think the maximum they would say is what they expect to sell in the first year, maybe the official name, things like that.But nothing on specs, games, controller, or even the console appearance

Let me throw my fries on the table, too. If I ran Nintendo I wouldn't care at all about what investors thought because they are volatile bitches. They come and go. You just can't please them all so you should rather just keep following your route. With that being said, I don't think Nintendo will show anything but explain sales numbers instead.

Their intentions with the system (marketing speak)
Announce E3 Reveal
Note that Zelda will be there on day one (unlikely but the most in depth they'll get)

I don't really care, in a matter of 2 weeks we'll get the announcement for their conference's date anyway so we'll be getting some info from that anyway

No, they won't. Investors don't care about those things, they only care about the business prospects of NX.

At best, we can get a confirmation of what is NX, as in a home console, a handheld or something in between.

I think they will fully acknoldge it's existence and maybe show off the hardware design (just what the console looks like) and maybe the controller.

All games, spec capabilities, major features would all be withheld until E3.

Kind of like they did with the Wii when they only showed the console design and nothing else. I believe Sony did that with the PS4, if I'm not mistaken. It's a smart idea to build hype and get people talking, in the loop for the console and consumer awareness.
