Hmmmmmm, if it dosent release on launch or launch window, I find a bit hard to believe because it would simply be better to use those resources to make a sequel(which should be on development in my opinion)

Ugggh.. I'm not really happy with this. Of course they would give these ports excluusive content to encourage double dipping, but it's just milking the WiiU userbase.
That'd be disappointing. Just a make a new game.

Well Splatoon was created by EAD Group 2 which is also responsible for Animal Crossing, Wii Sports & Nintendo Land.
There hasnt been a mainline Animal Crossing since 2012 so one is due soon and its very possible that they also making a new casual game like Wii Sports/Nintendo Land to make use of whatever type of new controller they have.
I dont know if they can work on those two titles while also developing a new built from the ground up Splatoon so an enhanced port would make sense in that case.

They have been milking the heck out of the core Nintendo fan base since the Wii u was released (or shortly thereafter)

Maybe its in development and we might see an uncharted like situation when the Nathan drake collection released a few months from uncharted 4. Maybe its a launch title and we might get splatoon 2 holiday 2016.

Well, you are right.But Splatoon didnt take long to develop at first place(a bit more than 1 year).And given the success of Splatoon, I dont think Nintendo will hold off long to make the sequel.
