SMB3 was a very fun game but I enjoyed NSMB (DS) more.. however the 2D platformer got a bit repetitive so I like the 3D ones more Galaxy or 3D World will be my pick

I think Donkey Kong Country, does it much better than Mario when it comes to 2D platforming.

Going as far back as Donkey Kong Country, DK has always been a superior 2D experience...

I like Super Mario World and 3D Land the most of all Mario games. 3D Land being my favourite thanks to its charm and how simply fun it is.
