Pack 1. I actively dislike Baby Park and Cheese Land. Also, it has better characters.

Baby Park drags the Pack down a bit in my view, as I consider it the worst track in Mario Kart history.

It's a featureless oval that you go round and round and round and round. It doesn't get more boring and lazy than that.

Yes, it is a featureless oval that you go round and round and round and round. And yes, it is lazy.

But you can't say it's boring. It's the most awesomest item crapfest ever!

To each their own I guess.

At least I loved Wild Woods, Big Blue, and Ribbon Road, and liked the pthers reasonably well, so overall the pack was still awesome for me. :P

I think Baby Park is fun because it's admittedly a mess of flying items everywhere, where the 12th place can have a direct effect on the 1st place's performance, and that sort of stuff. As lazy as it is, I think it's a lot of fun unless you're taking the game too seriously.

ExciteBike Arena though, that one isn't very fun, because it's just like Baby Park, except it has long laps, and that means that instead of the track playing out like a huge mess, it just plays like a normal track, but one where items decide 100% of the match.

I'm in the middle of you two.  I find the chaos of Baby Park amusing to a degree but I certainly don't love it.  But Excitebike I love at 200cc.  The sheer heights you reach from the jumps are crazy fun.  Not very remarkable at anything below 150cc though.

 

Also, Curl, might be cool to do a "best lookintrack" poll thread.  Assuming it hasn't been done already.

I like 'em both, but have to be in the right mood for them. Excite bike still seems to be a favourite choice online.

Mmmm....
The subway track and neo bowser city are my least favourite tracks in the game... But big blue is my favourite and cheeseland is really good too, I guess I still like pack 2 the most.
