Which did you like better?'

To refresh your memory, here's what each one provided:

Pack 1 tracks:

Pack 2 tracks:

I like the stages in pack one more, even though I do love some in pack 2, but the characters are better in pack 2. I don't care for vehicles much.

Since I use my Mii anyways and never any of the racers I'd have to say I prefer the first pack.

Honestly, I like them both equally.

Pack 2,

Pack 2!! Because of Baby Park!!!!

But Pack 1 did have better characters!

Pack 1 by default had better characters because of Link, but I'd say Pack 2 overall was better because of the tracks (namely Wild Woods, Superbell Subway, Animal Crossing and Big Blue; Baby Park is always a blast too) which is what matters most in this game.

2 has better characters, Baby Park, AC and Big Blue

1 has Mute City, Goldmine and Excite Bike

probably will go with 1 since I don't like SNES Rainbow Road Compared to Cheese Land, Neo Bowser City and Ribbon Road

Pack 2, better tracks, better characters, nuff said! Both are great though so no reason not to get the bundle.
