Not sure how this matches up with media create numbers which are more reliable but Vgchartz has just updated and ps4 software sales are now over 10m.

I see the ps3 was around 10m at this point in its life too. I wonder if it will keep up with it for a few years.

How many units had the PS3 sold in Japan at this point of its life in Japan? Is the PS4 moving more software with less hardware sold?

So the Ps4 is selling more software than the ps3 launch alligned? With digital being a lot higher this gen that's even better. So far though a huge portion of the sales are from Western devs.

I belive the numbers are also way higher for western games as well.
FF13 was also released in this same year in 9 months. Wonder if SE will have ff15 by xmas.
