Windows phones are the worst! I don't know how I put with them for so long. I had 3, in a span of about 5 years, and just switched to an Android phone a few months ago. RIDICULOUS difference in quality. I am surprised Windows phones are still around honestly.

If Windows 10 Mobile is as bad as the Home OS then they did us a favor.

Really? I still use 8.1 at home and at work, but thus far, the small ammount of time I have spent with 10 fills me with hope. I actually had a far better first impression then with 8 or even 7. Oh well, time will tell where Microsoft will take this one in the longrun.

I had a positive impression initially but as I began using it, it was apparent that things were broke as hell. The sleep button made my pc do a hard shutdown each time, programs that worked fine in my previous version just didn't work. It's kinda buggy at the moment. It's standard Windows fare. It'll get better for sure but by then Windows 10 won't be free anymore. Then they're gonna stop supporting Windows 7 if they haven't already, then they'll make us go to Windows 8.1 or 10. I actually like Windows 8.1 on my laptop. It's not that bad. 10 is a mix of 7 and 8 but it's just a baby right now. It needs more bugs ironed out.

My Lumia 920 is like 3-4 years old, still rock solid, no problems or drama's, does everything I want it to do, shame that it won't get an update, but not entirely surprised either.

My next phone the Camera will be my most important decision in my buying process, followed by screen size.
6-7" screen with a 40MP+ camera that has optical zoom please. :)

Damn. I was thinking about updating, but I might just wait then for a couple of months, to see if they manage to iron out the problems. I need a stable OS, and backward compatibility with older software is a must for me. Thanks for the heads up

Vote the Mayor for Mayor!

Honestly, Windows Phones have been pretty disappointing for me. I bought the Lumia 926 about two years ago and whilst it ran great it just never had what I wanted (Clash of Clans was a big one). But I kept it and kept hoping that things would change...which they didn't. And it seems like the disappointment is continuing.

Then I had plans to upgrade to the Lumia Windows 10 Phone that came out recently but couldn't get it because it was a AT&T exclusive so instead I bought the LG V10 and after using that for a few months I can honestly say I probably won't ever go back to a Windows Phone because it took what I loved about Windows Phones and Android Phones and combined it into a single glorious device.

Looking back I am so happy that the Windows 10 Phone was exclusive to AT&T.
