I am just glad you started reading it and are enjoying it! Yeah it is a pretty good one and his skills and RPG mindset make it funny and entertaining at teh saem time lol. Some chapters are long while others are fairly short it is weird.

I also find it funny how his friends casually accept all the gamer lingo he is throwing out, especially his best friend and that girl with blue hair. "I found if I do ... and ... I can grind and become stronger", "You're such a broken character" xD Also, I like the red head girl and the other girl with the illness. They're cute and fairly innocent xD Gosh, I am so bad with the characters' names. I can't remember Korean names Dx

Right his best friend be like you really are obsessed with games lol. But man he is so broken and unfair lol. It makes you wonder about his origins. But the further you get in it the more you like it.....and now orries I be forgetting the names myself lol.

Wow...this was a really strong chapter. Bakugou wears a tough guy mask, but he's really been suffering ever since All Might lost his hero status. The author of this manga definitely handles heavy emotion well.

I wonder how far this fight will get before Eraserhead interrupts them. Will he throw them into water coolers? Heh heh.  

Shokugeki: Backstory Arc Time!

Finally, I've been curious for a while why Jouchiro left Totsuki, and what exactly happened between him and Azami. Hopefully now that we're getting Azami's backstory, we'll finally see him defeated and ousted from the story...at least for a while.

The Regimen de Cuisine sounds interesting...I wonder what the teams will be. The four rebels, Jou, and Senzaemon on one side...then six of the remaining eight Elite 10 members? Will the ousted Elite 10 members take part? Curious to see this play out.  

One Piece: PUDDING!!!

I guess it seems likely that she'll do something to throw off the wedding, or run from BIg Mom. She thought about Lola earlier, so it stands to reason that she plans to do the same thing.

Brook and Pedro kicking butt on their adventure to get the Poneglyph too. The Soul King might have been stupid and pointless in Bleach, but at least he's awesome in One Piece!

...That's basically all I have to say on this chapter. Is Sex General defeated now? 

Seven Deadly Sins: Something Clever

Meliodas is so cool...no bad guy can beat him no matter what. He even has a goddess for a waifu, even though he could also have any girl he wants, and also he is strong. I feel like I can pretend to be him if I read this manga.

I guess this fight will show King and Diane how to fight with a lot of power. This is..useful I guess. Now hopefully the way they get this power isn't stupid and rushed, and maybe I'll have something positive to say about this manga finally.  

Excited for Shokugeki. Also you should take up the Gamer. Also Tower of gods. Although Tower of gods is long with a lot of chapters so if I had to choose - I'd suggest the Gamer.

More people need to read Tower of God....they are really missing out. I am excited to see what this next arc will bring!

Haha, yeah, it is pretty addicting. After awhile I had a hard time stopping. I love seeing the earth elemental girl too, so I read more to see more of her, haha xD

Thanks for the recs. I have a friend who's into Tower of Gods...been meaning to try that out. I'll have to take a look at it, and read into what The Gamer is too. 

Assuming Cloud doesn't find me another manga about giant girls before then.

Big gamer fan. Came upon it one day and I read like 10 or 15 chapters in one day. I am all caught up.

They nailed the basics so well.  Minor very early spoilers.

Being able to see peoples levels. Being able to use skill books. Getting skill points for leveling. Getting to put those skill points into stats. Those stats effecting thi ngs.

I dont think the manga would work if it was "what if the world was a game" where EVERYONE was a gamer. I think having just one gamer really makes it work. Plus I love all the characters.

Yeah, I think those things you listed were what got me addicted to the story. I wanted to see the main character continue to grow and see how much more powerful he can get, and I'm just eagerly awaiting to see how strong he'll be by the time I catch up.

Also, that is something I didn't notice when I read the story, only the MC has these gamer abilities. It was something I wondered about, but slowly sort of forgot. Now that you mention it, I think it is better that only he has this RPG-like abilities.

I love how broken of a character that The Gamer is lol! And yes it works with him being the only gamer. Very well written.

Here's a surpriser. The manga, Again!!, got another update, with not one, but 2 chapters! Pretty good as well. Makes me feel bad for Akira, though she's just acting kinda crazy now.

Argh.  I just caught up to Liar X Liar and I'm already sad that now I have to wait for updates.  I thought that it would kind of flounder after the initial concept ran its course but that wasn't the case at all.  At chapter 52, it's as good as ever--actually, I think it's better now, with a different side of the conflict coming out.  It's very well written in that the story has not out-paced itself.  The entire situation has changed and yet the weight of everything that has happened is still there, keeping the characters from understanding one another.  I like this manga quite a bit.

Akira is a girl who is in love with being in love.  She's like a drug addict who is desperate to regain that magical feeling.  She was using Hiro even if she didn't know it.  Else, I think she would have realized how shallow he was.  Instead, he check the right boxes by being handsome and popular, which was enough for her.

In that regard, I totally understand why Oka was annoyed with her.

That being said, I still can't help but feel really bad for her.  Hiro really is a piece of crap.
