@LudicrousSpeed you're lucky you have a pc and ps4. Good choice getting those!

Err.. lucky? And they're all good choices. Limiting yourself is the bad choice.

Their sales goal would have been higher if it released on xbox so no it was always going to underperform.

Microsoft compensated and so did Sony.  Rumour has it they funded the game and the marketing.  Not like they didn't compensate for the small number of xbox sales.  And it wouldn't have been hard to cover it.

I know, I was joking.

We don't know how SFV would have sold on Xbox. I mean MKX has sold well over a million X1. SFIV was a multi million seller on 360. I'm sure all that was taken into consideration when Sony and Capcom were making a deal.

The game had flaws in the launch and because of that the game don't sold well, their userbase is with Playstation they sold more Street Fighter IV on USA even with the PS3 20+ Millions behind the game would have sold a Fraction of what sold on PS4 for the Xbox One, and 20%+ of the total because of Xbox One would still be under 2 Millions even if their goal was the same it would not be enought.

No for me it's a super choice.  I don't have enough time to play the games I want on ps3 and ps4 as it is.  That's how satisfied my gaming needs are!

The $400 I'd have spent on an xbox I don't need has gone to games instead for my ps4/ps3. I have a powerful pc but that's for work although I've the option to game on it.

I rarely use my gaming PC but its great for when games like Civ come out, games that wont be coming to consoles. And eventually something other than Rogue Legacy will come out for PS4 that grabs me, so its great to have all bases covered.

SFV's lack of content isnt a flaw, its more like a bad deal for $60. Months late that "flaw" still exist.

Anyhow, this discussion doesent need to continue. Feels like youre doing damage control.

That "Flaw" since the beggining had atleast until June to be Fixed, with the new modes coming, Street Fighter V wasn't taken from his Fanbase but Tomb Raider was.

Is a more risc move from Square Enix, Square Enix also have much more money than Capcom they can afford to lose much money with anything, but Capcom cannot afford that.

Just a heads up, if you're reading this thread and interested in SFV and have Gamefly, its on sale for $18 right now. Coupled with the GF Rewards they dish out you can grab it for like $14 after taxes.

Sounds like you blew a lot of cash on that ps4 you didn't really need.  It would be like me getting an x1 I don't need.  But I was wise to it and decided to save my hard earned cash.

It was $400, not a lot of money. Plus my son plays CoD on it. Eventually I will get use out of it.

That's a lot of money for a console.  at least your son enjoys it.

Personally I wouldn't buy an x1 and the reason being ill eventually find some use for it.
