RotTR may still sell +2 million on PS4. How much is SFV gonna sell on X1? ZERO.

No you're not doing the math. ROTR might have sold 5m if it released last year on ps4. SFV wouldn't even have sold well on ps4. The loss of sales is much bigger.
The only winners here are ps4 and pc players who at least will be able to play both.

Based on sales trends, there is little reason to believe RotTR would have sold 5 million on PS4. Unless you anticipated a mass bundling?
SFV couldn't even achieve the lowest sales expecations. So assumptions aren't a guarantee.

If TR would have sold 5 million last year on PS4 even among titles like Blops 3 and Fallout, then there's no reason to assume it wouldn't sell that much this year when it releases on PS4. There will be more consoles now than then, and probably no games out as big as those other two on PS4. You might have some bitter people not buying it because it's "tainted" by the Xbox deal but those people are an extreme minority.
So basically Square got paid some sum of money to postpone what were always going to be great sales on the PS4 version. Capcom got paid some sum of money to never get any sales from the Xbox version. Capcom made other mistakes outside of the exclusive deal that contributed to lower than expected sales. In the end we will never have the slightest idea of who made off better but it's hard not to logically assume it is Square, they still have a large payday coming when they release the PS4 version.

There is every reason to believe.
Tomb Raider 2013 PS4: 1.37m
Tomb raider 2013 X1: 0.58m
It outsold it by a whopping ratio of 2.4:1

Atleast 3 Millions with PS4+ PC(without Xbox Numbers) was guaranteed if it launched last year.

It would have certainly sold better on PS4, but 5 million? Your prediction isn't realistic looking at sales trends. I mean what PS4 game is at 5 million while the X1 version is under 2 million?
Your example shows you don't do much research.
