Would have probably sold better on the platform that sells more RTS games than any other... But they would have needed to bring some complexity to the gameplay, otherwise it would have been shunned by PC gamers.
With that said... Halo Wars must have sold enough to warrant a sequel, they *could* have just done a Halo 3 overhaul this year instead.

Good thing Sony didn't listen to you and beefed up there 1st party to make a comeback only to become the dominant force the following generation.

Hopefully MS just folds the people working there into other developers...but I'm not hopeful with the way things have been going over there...

I think in the hands of a different studio we can see a Fable 4 sooner than Lionhead could deliver.
In fact, I think Fable Legends could be the foundation for Fable 4. There are a lot of things I like about Fable Legends but its not a very good game as is.

Maybe...but I don't know who would make it, or if Fable 4 really even fits in with MS current trends, but it's within the realm of possibility.
Also, yeah, I had heard that Legends played really badly.

Get a few key people at Lionhead, send them to Rare, get a 3rd party involved if necessary.
Fable Legends isn't terrible for a free online game. But not good for the IP in my opinoin.

I don't understand why you say that my reference to sony is ''its happen to everyone'' gaming studios is not for ever they have to face changes every time
Sony lose money back then and they close studios has not offer profit to them some developers go to other first pary studio Sony owns and so some leave to do somenthing else so big win to everyone
Same with xbox here they can't have studios has nothing to offer. They lose from xbox and make changes for not lose everithing
And yes Sony with those changes that some people fell upset is now on dominate position
Mayde M$ now know that not make a console with only Halo Gears and Forza not even with big time exclusives and need more and good first party sudios like Sony. So let say whatever is doing is good for xbox future
