You also didn't believe RL X1 was in the making but here we are.

Because nothing makes sense anymore. Why would people buy the objectivelyworst version by far of the game? No cross play, no stable framerate. A million is too much.

I dont get where this attitude comes from. People on forums and the media can be out of touch with the average consumer. People simply get the version on their prefered machine. Even when ports were objectively worse on PS3.

The X1 version has frame dips depending on level and number of vehicles, but still significantly better than the launch version on PS4. Actually, the PS4 frame just became stable relatively recently.

Not surprised. This is the kind of game that if your friends bought it, you most likely gonna get it even when you weren't interested just to find an excuse to be with your friends.

No, not every splitscreen game sells great.

That argument doesent hold water but I'm sure split screen played a part in the massive leaderboad numbers.

Not my type of game but it just goes to show: a good game is good no matter when it releases. Glad to see it is successful.

Whoa that's crazy good!
Also poor Vivster haha your sarcasm wasn't lost on me

What I'm trying to say is that If you bought the game for single player only, chances are you gonna get bored by playing a few matches. If you play along with your friends, that's where the game shine. Whether playing split screen with your friends or you and your friends against other teams is where you can find fun and value on the game.

Never said nor intended to say that every game that have splitscreent, it's just a automatic success. Only tried to say that the fun in this game can mostly be feel by playing with your friends even if you weren't that interested in it.

I hear what youre saying, its just disagree. This level of success and so quickly tells me people like this game. I'm sure people do online matchmaking without friends.

Smash Bros and Mario Kart are great for local co op as well. But their success would be much lower if people didnt enjoy them.

@MrPuggsly

Well, the meat of the game is definitely its online multiplayer. I played most of the time with random people online and enjoyed it a lot as well. I just feel that part of the success comes from being partially a good party game. Obviously if the online multiplayer was bad, no amount of splitscreen or modes would get people to buy it but I still feel a few of them just bought it just to see what was all the fuss about just because they saw a few of their friends playing it.

nvm i was wrong :)

So already more sales than the ps4 version. Not bad

1.3 million priced sales on the PS4. So unless math changed 1.3 million priced sales is still greater than 1 million unique players.
