Forums - Nintendo - Brawl Replays Are Inaccurate

Seems possible (Perhaps a half-written command in the script that can only be read half of the time), but, I Call Fake on the Video.

I don't understand why they'd make this fake.

The video is probaly faked based on the reports by others which is true. They could be doing this for attention. YOUTUBE HITS,VIEWS

I dont get what the problem is he picks replay 21 twice and it plays the same then he picks replay 20 and its different to replay 21, if you ask me its 2 different replays on the same stage, Not saying replays cant go wroung but i dont think they have here.

That's a pretty lame way to get views >_> Of all things, they chose to fake lame REPLAYS? Maybe they need tips on how to get popular.

The video is without a doubt fake, but I do believe this may have happend to other people.

"Well this could be possible. The replay data isn’t a video, it’s just a wrote down script of what the fighters did. Any slight delays in reading the data and the characters will perform differently than what you previously did."

Taken from GoNintendo...

Which would be fine if not for the fact that according to this video sometimes the replay works and sometimes it does not. If the same replay at times works then it means the stored data is correct.

There could be some kind of bug with the pseudo-random number generator, or the way that the PRNG is used, that only shows up in certain rare cases that weren't found in playtesting, which could cause different outcomes from the same set of inputs.  I don't know if that's what happened here (and the strange circumstances of the video have already been pointed out), but it's a possibility.

I can´t see the video.

i don't see any reason why this cant be real
except for the camera switch, but im sure well see more videos pop up

i cant see someone doing something as small as that for a bit of attention

What about them picking a different video the 3rd time?

That doesn't seem possible. Need more evidence.
