Even though you preached that MS was lying about supply issues in Jan/Feb you still chickened out of the bet!

360 was outsold for two months straight and you got scared when I said it would outsell it at least three times in the next four months.

But I know why you got scared... Its because you're a hypocrite, you knew MS was telling the truth even though you preached otherwise....

That or you simply had no faith in your console.


Oh btw, if its possible, you'll still be fined VG$ according to the deals you made..

I don't see any reason for PS3 to get above 360 this week I'm afraid. Nothing big happenned on either side so if the trend continues from the last few weeks then both will decrease by a percentage and the 360 will win by less than it did previously, but it will still win. Have a good week break if it happens, I'll make sure to be extra PS3 fanboyish in all your absence to make up for the loss of you guys for a week.

gebx - even though they were in short supply (lol) vgc still tracked it higher. and i still havent seen a significant boost to prove there werent people getting their 360's. (like you and all the MS fanboys were preaching)

Well, I went shopping on Saturday for Easter.  I went to Toys R Us (they have big videogames sale), they were ransack of course, hardly any games left worth buying.  They have one Xbox 360 left an Elite no less.  They have several PS3 (40gb) only.  So I don't know about short supply but if they were restock they are all sold.

 Since there were no games (worth buying) at TRU, I hit Gamestop on the way home to see if I can find some cheap used game for my kid's Easter Baskets.  A lady was bringing in tons of PS2 games hoping to trade in for 360.  The manager said only system they have left is the 360 Arcade.  They are all sold out of the Pro & Elite.  

 I went to Target next door.  They have tons of 360 in the case.  All three Sku's.  So I don't know what this week and next week sale will be but 2 out of 3 store is looking good for you Gebx!  If not I am sure going to miss your crazy posts!  I was hoping to find clearance stuff at Target but it look like I was too late.  All the Folklore are gone.  They have several Xbox 360 Nascar 08 for about $24.00 and so sad to see PGR 4 on clearance.  I think it is a good racer games and worth the original $59.99 price tag... to it on clearance is rather sad. (It was $26.00).  I found some HD-DVD for $6.00 again I was too late , should have gone to Target sooner.

Target also have 360 Halo 3 and Assassin Creed for 39.00 ...sould out of AC for 360 (still plenty of PS3 version) and two copies of Halo 3 left.   Oh and Viva Panata for 14.99!! Grr I paid 40.00 for back in December because my daugther want the game.  (It's a horrible boring party games, I though Mario Party was bad ... not sure how game like Viva Panata Party get release....despite being casual games or whatever, kids know good game from bad).

Target also have blu-ray special (BOGo) and some other promotion.  So that might help boost PS3 sale.  I know it did back in February when Sony was going all out promoting Blu-ray.  (So that could be bad for you Gebx).

 You just lucky VGC over tracks 360 and under tracks PS3 consistently otherwise you will be away for 3 months. Just look at how close the PS3/360 were for the first 2 weeks of March.

That's about 10% difference, well within the margin of error and considered a statistical.

Yh, i sure hope so. I had a major rant at the VG America numbers especially as NPD showed PS3 beat 360 in January and February. But i seriously doubt it according to VG Numbers, so you might just be gone. Unlucky mate.
