This game has already been leaked and I guess they wilo show it before E3.

2. new trailer for Metroid Prime: Federation Force

We haven't seen this game since E3 and it is scheduled for launch this year. Nintendo needs to shiw something soon to break the hate the game got.

3. new trailer for The Legend of Zelda for Wii U + final name

This is Nintendo's biggest Wii U exclusive ever and it is planned for launch this year. Nintendo needs to build up hype.

4. Pikmin 4 announcement

Miyamoto has already confirmed that game's existence and it's likely a Wii U game.

5. more Splatoon amiibo

This has also been leaked and is probably the April of May amiibo wave.

6. Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge announcement for the west

This game has been available in Japan since January and according to a leak it will launch in North America this Spring. So there's a high chance that they will announce it.

7. Sega Virtual Console for Wii U

Just a random guess.

8. Disney Art Academy announcement

This has already been leaked by some retailers.

9. My Nintendo details

This service will start in March, so they'll talk about it. Perhaps it will be available after the Direct?

10. Boy-Boy 2 announcement for the west

It has been released in Japan since January. Time to go west, Qbby!

Nearly 7 seconds of Zelda U

Pikmin 4 is probably an NX game. The Zelda NX leak said that the Wii U was only getting one unannounced game, Zelda, and SMT4 this holiday. Pikmin 4 was never said to be a Wii U game, and Miyamoto consciously avoided specifying the platform, so I'm inclined to believe that Paper Mario is that Wii U game and that Pikmin 4 will be a launch window NX game.

I really do hope we get solid into on My Nintendo. It's absurd that it's launching this month and its still a mystery.

Not really lol. This is the company that takes 5 years to release 3D Zelda now and frequently postpones their mobile phone app called Miitomo.
