Point me in the direction of any single fanbase that doesn't do the exact same thing, and then maybe I'll accept this post as more than worthless.

The keyword is pointlessly. Zelda fans can't make up their mind; like and dislike games in the franchise for their convenience at some points.

The Uncharted fanbase doesn't seem to have many fights. Same with Crash, Animal Crossing, Mario RPGs, 2D Metroids.

But yeah, you can consider my post worthless; I dont mind.

You live in quite the bubble if you don't think crash, AC, Mario RPGs and 2D Metroid fans don't do the exact same thing, and I mean exact. And where is the data to prove they can't make up their minds or that they're changing opinion?

those are oddly specific portions of said franchises, by the way. I could say say "2d Zelda fans don't argue much pointlessly".

I really don't get Zelda fans

some say Twilight Princess is weakest game of the franchise, but I've read countless times about how Skyward Sword is garbage or even Wind Waker

lol

Garbage by Zelda standars is still amazing...

“Simple minds have always confused great honesty with great rudeness.” - Sherlock Holmes, Elementary (2013).

"Did you guys expected some actual rational fact-based reasoning? ...you should already know I'm all about BS and fraudulence." - FunFan, VGchartz (2016)

So the game has been well received by critics. Now let's hope it's well received by consumers and joins the wii u 1 million sellers club 😀

No. TP>>>>>TWW (weakest 3D Zelda game)

Nah, weakest 3D Zelda is Majora. Wind Waker is a very close second though. :P

Totally agree that TP>>>>>WW though.

Yeah, I remember Andre saying somewhere that he wasn't a fan of the original TP? I haven't seen his review yet, but I expected it to be "meh" actually xDDDDDDD.

EDIT: So, yeah, he speaks well of the remake but he just didn't like the original, so... I really think that one cool think I'll appreciate them to do is to change the beginning of the game, which is by far TP's worst sin. As they changed the boring "Triforce quest" in WW in something... bearable at least.

He says this score is actually higher than the one he would give to the original game, so he thinks Twilight Princess was shit to begging with You agree with that too dont you?

This is a great score, but I maybe it deserved a bit more. The game has its flaws but overall is really amazing, one of the best I've played to far. Creative dungeons, remarkable moments, interesting characters and deeper plot that meets the eye. Plus, I like the dark tone of it. After all, I think they did a good job for a remaster too.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

If the remaster had cut out even a third of the awful filler in the beginning it'd probably be a 91-92 meta game. Everything else about the game is surprisingly underrated and really top-notch, albeit with a bit too much filler still in between, but that opening kills me every time I want to go back. The only Zelda game with worse pacing is Skyward Sword, which I also love. I just wish SS was 20 hours of the best story and gameplay in the series instead of 40 with two hours of plodding through the areas before each dungeon before you can even enjoy yourself.

You should check out my YouTube channel, The Golden Bolt!  I review all types of video games, both classic and modern, and I also give short flyover reviews of the free games each month on PlayStation Plus to tell you if they're worth downloading.  After all, the games may be free, but your time is valuable!

Each fan can make up their mind just fine. Why does the fanbase as a whole have to all have the exact same thoughts? That's boring. We all agree they're great games, but it's good that each person has their favourites for individual reasons.

And a lot of the others don't have as much fights because a lot of those games aren't as different from each other as the Zeldas are. Animal Crossing is pretty similar across all the games, the Crash games worth talking about (ie. just the PS1 ones) are fairly similar and so is the Mairo & Luigi series. Or with Uncharted, there's only 4 games in the whole series, and it's clear Golden Abyss isn't as good as the others, so it's really down to 3. Not much fighting you can do there.

On the other hand, with the 3D Zeldas, they're quite different, so there's a lot to talk about.
