Forums - Nintendo - RUMOR: The European Version of Bravely Second has the bad endings removed, only the good endings remain

See this why censorship is unexceptable. First they take out our titties and now story elements?
Its always only cencorship for people if its their taste who is getting hurt.

Censoring titties is not remotely comparable to censoring story elements. See how almost anybody in this post are defending that.

Its comparable to me.

Nintendo also censored titties resulting in censoring story elements. Like the bikini outfit of miu in Project Zero 5, the scene which is showing her as a gravure model in the past.

I bought both Xenoblade and Fire Emblem despite my stance against censoring games for different regions but this is taking things way to far and i'm not even gonna bother buying Bravely Second and hope that someday its remaster or gets a directors cut with the side ques fullyt restore.

I hate the censorship trend going on as of late, mainly with Nintendo published games. But I won't jump to conclusions about this one until we learn a few things. If it's confirmed, if this is also the case in the American version, and for what reason they may have removed it (without spoiling the story).
This could even be a case of Square removing it to lower the difficulty of the game, because I recall they ran a survey about the first Bravely game and asked how many people actually completed it, and got the true ending, etc. And if I recall corecctly, many people found the game too "difficult" to play all the way to the end. So that could be what this is about.

that's weird espically since Bravely Default was pretty friendly in terms of diffculty like being able to change the rate EXP and random encounters.

If this is true, then someone can actually complain about sensoring.

Doesn't really matter to me though. Call me old fashion but i always go for the happy ending :)

In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.

Now this is something that is truly stupid and actually cut content worthy of getting angry about if it turns out to be true.

Nintendo don't do the localization. Square enix hired an Italian company called Binari Sonori to do the localization on the first game. There's virtually no Nintendo staff actually doing anything on these games that isn't handling the money or the marketing. And the second game probably is the same situation.

Keep in mind that this is just a rumor. It has not been confirmed yet.
