Sounds somewhat reasonable though is still a rumor

I mean I KINDOF want this to be true. Some of these things sound good. Unfortunately, this is presenting the two systems as totally independent from each other, which is not what we are expecting with the NX.

We had a Twilight Princess HD rumor on 4chan before that eshop listing appeared. It ended up being true.

We had a Minecraft Wii U rumor on 4chan the day before that NoA guy said they are going to have a big announcement on Monday. The runir said that Minecraft Wii U will be announced on Monday. So it ended up being true.

But yeah, besides that there's a ton bullshit on /v/ :D

Remember when Nintendo annoucend their partnership with Platinum Games? Nobody thought that this would be possible before. And btw, From Software doesn't only make Dark Souls and Bloodborne, they've also made that Monster Hunter Spin-Off. This Nintendo game could end up being similiar.

Why exactly?

Well, it says that the home console can interact with PC and smart devices. I guess a interaction between console and handheld is still possible, too.

Because Nintendo has never supported physical media (outside of their own games). They didn't support CD format (like PS1, Sega CD), they didn't support dvd format (like PS2 or Dreamcast), and the Wii U didn't support bluray format (like PS3, PS4, Xbone). 

The amount of details given make it sound exceptionally fake, especially for the home console which isn't due til 2017 yet they already have the size of its HDD and price point. 2 things we didn't know about the Wii U and PS4/X1 til 6montsh before their launch.

Beyond that you can't say the handheld will be just a bit above the Vita and then say it will run two 720p screens simultaniously. The home console sounds terrible. 2017 is too late in the game to not be significantly more powerful then the PS and not have a cool gimmick to make up for it.Which leads to the final nail in the coffin for this rumour. There is no innovation. At least try and incorporate formless screens, television streaming for the handheld or something. Nintendo have stated several times that NX will bring a "new experinece". I don't expect Wii levels of new but I expect from then a 3DS HD and Wii U2

Well size of the HDD is a little suspicious, but the price point is not. They could very well be very against going over $350. They were talking not wanting to go above $250 before.

Its not about the price point being suspiciously high or low, its about a solid $350 being included as part of the rumour for a device almost 2 years away from launch. Sounds like a wish list. I can't recall any reliable rumours for the PS4/Xbox One or Wii U talking about the systems price.

Who said that this can't change?

Maybe that's the price they are planning. But of course it can change.
