The amount of details given make it sound exceptionally fake, especially for the home console which isn't due til 2017 yet they already have the size of its HDD and price point. 2 things we didn't know about the Wii U and PS4/X1 til 6montsh before their launch.
Beyond that you can't say the handheld will be just a bit above the Vita and then say it will run two 720p screens simultaniously. The home console sounds terrible. 2017 is too late in the game to not be significantly more powerful then the PS and not have a cool gimmick to make up for it.Which leads to the final nail in the coffin for this rumour. There is no innovation. At least try and incorporate formless screens, television streaming for the handheld or something. Nintendo have stated several times that NX will bring a "new experinece". I don't expect Wii levels of new but I expect from then a 3DS HD and Wii U2
