Yes a woodpecker!   

at 1:45 seconds you can see concept footage of a Blastoise in a firetruck, a mobile Pokemon center, and what looks like movers with a Machamp, Furfou...that might not be a Furfou, can anyone confirm?, and a Wobuffett in the pick up.

at 1:46 there is what looks like the Water Gym. and the pickup truck from earlier on a left picture.

Also at 1:47 there is a zoom of what is likely an early version of the male trainer (sideburns) talking to what might be our rival.

1:48 a new pokemon. it is red and blue colored.

can someone please confirm if thats a revealed pokemon at 1:45-6?

That would cool if it is. I don't think there has been one yet in the games. Too bad the Japanese doesn't really reveal anything about it...

I have a feeling the may be NX versions as well seeing how the games themselves weren't shown despite launching in the next 7 or so months.

I'm still surprised by the lack of Z or X2/Y2. Especialy considering their is still alot of Zygarde's story missng with the reveal of his various forms that we never got to play. Would of been nice also to have a gen6 game with a decent story.

This is obviously gen7, otherwise they would'nt of reminded us of all the different gens and the year they started. But still a shame of a direct considering ppl actualy got hyped for this. Atleast reveal the cover legendarys.... Or atleast one single little gen 7 pokémon...

I hope this gen has a better story than the lame ''friendship is a beautifull thing'' theme of gen6. Also I've been hoping for this for a while, but I hope they make your rival a douche pro trainer again. Someone who you actualy want to face and beat. Someone you feel you accomplished something by defeating. Not the lame underwhelming noobs that call you their rival while constantly praising you, mentioning how they admire you and dream to become like you. Seriously, I roll my eyes everytime I have to face them.

This trailer is like you don't even have to see any new footage of a new pokemon game. You going to buy it regardless and spend the first hour making the choise of which starter pokemon to choose to dive into very enjoyable same old with something new.

Yeah going to jump on the this will be on the 3DS and NX assumption too because of the lack of footage. Would be pretty amazing to have NX launch with Pokemon and Zelda. If Nintendo keeps up with these launch titles, all they need to do is make the NX affordable and hope consumers buy it.
