This is exactly why Awakening and Fates went through with the changes they brought to the series, like it or not the franchise would be dead with out them.

Like:
- Birthright Physical = 1 sale
- Conquest Physical = 1 sale
- Special Ediion = 1 sale

Or it also counts the digital dlc purchases?
- Birthright Physical + Conquest Digital/DLC = 2 sales

Something is up with Nintendo + fantasy/mideval type quest settings. Obviously they've had Zelda for years, but Xenoblade seemed to over perform in December and these Fire Emblem numbers are insane.

This style of game is one of the rare few Nintendo tropes that is doing very successful without needing mascot type/kids characters for whatever reason.

Give me a release date Nintendo, dammit!
