I'm dissapointed, but I understand his decission. If Konami finds any kind of excuse to sue the guy, they will, and Kojima had enough shit with them as it is.

Oh please, Kojima has always been a liar about this kind of stuff. He's literally plotted intricate lies and abstract pseudo-developers just to troll fans and set them off the real course. He's going to develop whatever he envisioned for Silent Hills with some twists, no doubt in my mind.

He stated that he doesn't want to have the same tone or approach as P.T. but still might do horror from a slightly different perspective. Given how P.T. is starting to have clones everywhere I wouldn't mind seeing something completely different and amazing in terms of horror.

This is Kojima, we are talking about. No doubt he'll go back to something like it, probably not now though. I'm sure he's already got something different for his next game and I can't wait :)
