It's official. I suck so much at this game. I just can't get use to the style. A missed move is punished big time and I'm more of an offensive guy. Add to that most of my face are missing or play differently and I can't switch when I'm having a cold streak and SFV just isn't for me.

Maybe I just need that practice mode....

Mate, ultra sf4 I was massively offensive style, it's worked brilliantly and I basically overwhelmed my opponents but on this game it doesn't really work. To be good at this game it's much more tactical, I've been watching the top 100 ranked players play and they wait for attacks and spend so much time blocking until they see openings then do small attacks. I came to the conclusion i had to slow down and become better defensively and pick my attacks better, it seems to be working.

When does this become active?

Monday first part, Wed second part.  But looks like there is still no daily reward :(.

edit:I wanted to get Hot Chun-li, Hot Ryu and Hot Cammy outfit but with the lack of possibility to get FM I will have to wait  and see

This  wss my biggest turnaround in the game so far, from a first round lose with paerfect to a match win with CA!

It is still art for me to do karin classic combot during matches(like 1 time per 3 matches), when I focus on it I get my ass kicked like in my first round with that guy. It is like you have to do it every day to master and do it spontaneously.

To bad we still don't know if premium costumes will be available for Fight Money or only Zenny

You're definitely right about having to pull off combos naturally to get them to work, sometimes and find myself trying too much to pull off combos and then realise I'm getting my ass kicked. It's just a matter of experience and practice till everything comes natural. It's all good fun.

I'm sure I read that premium costumes are only available through zenny, the thing is the zenny shop isn't coming yet. Capcom have said that because people will be using real money to purchase zenny they want to test it and make sure it's working safely and properly first.Why havnt they already done this? It's been out a while now and it should have already been through all the tests, it's definitely clear the game was released maybe 3-4 months too early but nevermind I am enjoying it and I am slowly improving, I'm winning more than losing now and I beat 2 players in silver rank last night 😁
