This could be something. Imagine a console that gives you games you buy on that console also on pc, is backwards compatible, can be used as a pc and you can play psx games on it, via an emulator, for a small price.

No. This has been said of other platforms before in some shape of form, but it is only a problem now because its Xbox. Preferential defense is wrong. And as another user indicated, this would be a problem even if it wasn't preferential. Saying you prefer a controller option on another platform or saying Microsoft is showing a pattern of melding the console and PC, isn't the same as something like there is no point to getting an X1.

ignorance of the rules doesn't excuse violation of them. Especially since they are readily available to you. I personally want to beleieve you were flamming based on a couple of recent threads, but honestly this comment isn't even flamebait. However, the thread became heated regardless.

I tend not to visit Sony threads so I don't know if this is true on that front. However on the Nintendo front, you are either as ignorant as I am with Sony threads or are downplaying. ex: "Hmm this is a thread is about a Wii U game. I know!" ...

These are among the general posts I see or have seen regularly that I don't or mostly don't speak up on.  Some are flammatory. A lot are non-flammatory opinions that can be perceived as an attack depending on current events. However, am I going to say policy that the mods should adopt is that they should end those cases and ban people regardless? No. Cases by case basis you can tell who is flamming, just becasuse current events have shifted the general viewpoints of the Xbox does not mean everyone should be banned by their consistent opinion of that case. Much like when the NX was announced people have the viewpoint of the Wii U onwards had a more definitive shift. 

If they allow key mapping for games that would be pretty neat. I remember getting a mouse and keyboard for my Dreamcast and kicking arse in Quake 3 against other players; who probably only played on the pad.

Saying that though.. it seems as though MS is slowly but surely wittling away at Xbox, as brand for consoles and slowly moving it more towards PC territory. Which tbh, is proabably the best direction they can go at this point.

You can't protect one console over others on a forum about all the consoles, games and so on.  

Better not be supported in multiplayer games or people with KB+M will have a distinct advantage.

Try reading the tweets again. The first one was when Spencer mentioned it and the second one is more recent and verifies it. Clearly I wasn't 'living in a cave' otherwise I wouldn't have dug up the original tweet to help frame the second tweet.

Just for shits and giggles at all the haters, I'd love it if this made Age of Empires, Starcraft 2, Total War, etc. come to Xbone as console exclusives
