Obviously it depends on the site, most of them don't though. I personally don't know much about KIller Instinct but if it got a lot of free updates and content, which Splatoon and Driveclub both got (only Splatoon got re-reviewed at some sites though I think), like Street Fighter V will get then I can see why it probably should get re-reviewed by sites that do re-reviews.
Could SF V(was going to say any version, but I'll say PS4:PS4) really get rated lower than Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth? lol

The game is fantastic. Reviewers will take a shot at anything they can for clicks. The fact that this is a console exclusive puts an even bigger target on its back.
Yes it is missing content at launch, but it will be given to us as free DLC so it is not like they are screwing you over. The game will be supported far beyond the basic modes as well. I am not a fan of this practice, but when you think about it, a fighting game or Racing game is the only type of game that can pull this off (as long as the new content is not forced as paid DLC). Honestly I would rather have tgis in Street Fighter 5 than the episodes we will get in Hitman (I will not buy anything less than a complete box set of this) or Final Fantasy 7 remake if by episodes they do not mean a continued story after the initial remake (if so, I will treat it like hitman).
Am I happy about the lack of content? NO! Will I let it keep me from enjoying the masterpiece it is at the core gameplay aspect? Absolutely not!
This is a bummer, but we will have the rest of the content soon. Think of it this way, if it was delayed you would have it all at launch. At least this way you can still play online and earn credits in preparation for the added content.

If you were to rate it as it is now, what would it be?

Pretty much how I feel too! Love the game , taking up all my gaming time.
Considering a huge amount of people isn't going to participate on the Capcom Pro Tour, the release schedule for this game is just laughable. I'm glad of critics calling them out. I certainly don't agree with giving 5's or less, but the "relatively-low" scores hopefully send a message here. Fighting games shouldn't have nothing less than MK9's amount of content these days.

If you wanna talk about targets, well you should see how the interest talks about Xbox exclusives. But I lets not get into that...
Critics are just reviewing the product as it is NOW. Not what it has the potential to be.
Hypothetically, if someone is new to Street Fighter, would you recommend Ultra SFIV for $25 or SFV for $60? One game has a ton of characters and significantly more features. The other is... a work in progress.
Forza 5 was criticized while Forza 6 was praised. You want me to explain why?

The most important factor is that the game is fun, it passes on that front, but i'm not happy with the lack of content.

I predict the game to it on a 75 once all the reviews are in. Oh we, Capcom and Sony both knew this would happen, obviously it doesn't bother them.
