What number is a good amount?, I mean PC has a shit ton of exclusives and games from over the years, is a good amount 80% of them or something?, even half of them is a massive amount.
Will Fallout 4 sell more than PC 10 years from now?.
WIll a game on a platform that eventually egts discontinued continue to sell more than PC? (that's a question but it;s not one that can be answered because the obvious answer is no it can't).
ES MMO drowned in a sea of MMOs on a platform that's popular with them, what XBox gamers like compared to PC is different, look at FF and Warcraft comapred to ES Online and you'll see a different picture.
FC4 on PC wasn't all that great and requires that lovely Uplay you know every PC gamer praises and loves.
If games sell better on X1 than PC then why is MS shifting all these strats in favour of PC and not all on X1?, why are they shifting plans and not taking on PS4?.
All the good things against PC you wrote are different due to how the game was launched vs the market it;s targeting, you gave an MMO that's unpopular on PC for various reasons, not the markets fault that they didn't do a better job at grabbing the crowd while other more popular MMOs win out. The sales data can only go on for so long before the platform stops and the next gen begins, with PC the sales go on and on and on for years and years. That's why Skyrim has sold more on PC along with other games like XCOM than last gen combined and it still goes on, where is everyone on last gen or current gen buying Skyrim and XCOM?, they have all the time in the world to go back to another platform and buy said game, once it gets discontinued then the point will still be standing there. What you get is those nice looking "burst" sales that you're pointing out rather than standing back and looking at the end game sales some years later. A good game on PC will sell for years and years, even through discounts and non discounts, as long as it's actually liked by people on that platform then it will continue to sell.

The difference is this, the PC Triple A Market, because is Digital, and not at Retail, give more profit per unit than the Consoles, because consoles are Physical units (the consoles just need to purchase more Digital, to became same profitable as PC), 3 Millions of Fallout 4, agaist 3.5 Millions on Xbox One, isn't a big enough difference, so the PC Version, that was still 60US$, gave more profit, maybe even more than Playstation 4's version, because was a full priced game Digital Only.
Have games that sell tons more on PC, than on Xbox, look at Tomb Raider, over 4 Millions on PC, and less than 3 Millions with Xbox One + Xbox 360 (Tomb Raider 2013).
Acording to VG Chartz, GTA V, sold 4.20 Millions on Xbox One, agaist + or - 5 Millions on PC (Steam numbers + some speculation about other stores), so the PC, have the Actual possibility of selling certain games better than Xbox One, but this does not mean all games.
The Witcher 3, sold 1.11 Millions on Xbox One, and over 2 Millions on PC.
Why do you think that Kojima, is doing a game also for PC ?, is because different from the Xbox One, the PC Community embraced Metal Gear Solid, sold over 900 Thousands, nearly the same than Xbox One, and is a Full Priced game, 100% Digital, so have more Profit.
